In addition to confirming that the application delivers on its promises, these exercises are a great opportunity to start understanding the potential business and organisational impact of the new technology or solution. We specialise in running short, focused exercises that put the technology through its paces whilst creating business engagement.

Having an external advisor involved right from the business case through vendor selection, project setup, implementation and support transition can be highly beneficial. Potential challenges will be identified and resolved earlier. Our approach is collaborative and we help bring everybody together to focus on achieving the result you expect. We would typically attend your steering committee or project board meetings and provide impartial, objective advice.
